In the lead pipeline demo
The demo opens a CRM lead board with four stages: New lead, Tour scheduled, Move-in started and Moved in. Above it sit three live counters: active leads, tours this week, and residents moved in. Tap a lead card to advance it to the next stage and watch the counters move with it.

When a lead reaches the Moved in column the card reads Resident created. In the real platform that conversion carries the whole admission packet over, so nothing is re-typed.
Admission: command a move-in, step by step
A move-in touches paperwork, medicine, billing and family all at once. The Move-In Command Center tracks every step across three phases, and most steps verify themselves as the real work happens.

The demo follows one sample resident, Eleanor W., moving in on Thursday. Nine steps sit across three phases with a running step counter and progress bar; tap any step to check it off or un-check it. Steps marked auto-verified are the ones the real platform ticks by itself as the paperwork, orders and billing actually happen.

This is the same flow your med techs use on a tablet at the cart: residents due this pass, one tap to administer or hold, and a MAR entry signed and timestamped behind every action.

In the med pass demo
The demo opens the 8:00 AM morning pass with a progress badge counting doses administered against doses due. Open a resident to see the medications due for them, then tap Administer or Hold on each one. An administered dose reads Given and signed; a held dose reads Held and documented, so a refusal is recorded rather than skipped. The resident's row flips from doses due to Complete as you work through it.

Billing and payments: collect a month of rent in minutes

The demo shows a month of resident invoices with an outstanding balance badge at the top. Press Collect on an unpaid invoice and choose how the payment arrived, ACH, card or check; the invoice flips to Paid and the outstanding balance drops. Clear them all and the badge reads All collected.
